Content on the Website is general information about our services and experience. It is not professional, technical, engineering, survey, legal or financial advice, and must not be relied on for decisions about a specific yacht or project without a written engagement with us.

Owner representation, project management, consultancy, engineering and survey services are provided only under a separate written agreement. Information on the Website is not a binding offer. Where an agreement is signed, its terms prevail over these Terms of Use.
3. References and awards
Project references describe our role in each project. Yacht names, images and project details are shown for reference only and may be simplified for confidentiality. Awards and distinctions are attributed to the respective yachts, designers, builders and project teams. Showing a company or project does not imply endorsement by that company.
4. Intellectual property
The Website’s text, design, photographs, graphics and logos are owned by MES Marine or used under licence. Third-party names and trademarks — including those of shipyards, designers, award organisers, certification bodies and training institutions — belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use; any other reproduction requires our prior written permission. Brief quotations with attribution and a link are allowed.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code or collect data in a way that places an unreasonable load on our servers.
