New Build and Refit is a very complex and technical process which needs to manage very carefully from the beginning. It requires very different professions and perspective like engineering, arts, finance, law, international maritime rules, taxes, manufacturing technics ,organization knowledge to understand and manage to whole process.
Experienced Owner Rep. or New Build Project Manager can not only think today’s choices or decisions but also have to think after the situation after completion of the yacht. While designing and manufacturing the yachts , there are many things to take in a consider. Maintenance cost, real demands and expectations of the owner needs to be clear and the production and design of the vessel needs to form according to Owner.
Building a yachts, is a big step and a journey for the Owner. She / He needs to walk safely and comfortable all this journey with a person who she / he can trust. This trustable person needs to guide owner and he experienced this journey with many different passengers before.

Founder
20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SUPERYACHT INDUSTRY...
After graduating from the department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Yildiz Technical University, Emre Sandan started working as a Design Engineer in the Numarine company. 6 months later he was promoted to the GRP Department Manager. All in all, in Numarine he built more than 20 motor yachts ranged between 50’-102’ with plugs and moulds.
In 2006 he was promoted to a Prototype Projects Manager and was in charge of four prototype new builds – Cigarette Racing 55 (USA), Pearl 50 (UK) and Numarine 55 & 52 series. The projects were fully prepared for the serial production.
